Pathetic situation in Patna–Katihar Intercity Express (15714). The AC in C2 Coach is barely working in the scorching June heat, turning the coach into an oven. To make matters worse, hordes of unauthorized passengers have occupied the coach.

@RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva This is unfair! My WL ticket got auto-cancelled by IRCTC, yet cancellation charges were deducted. Why should passengers pay a penalty when the system cancels on its own? Totally unacceptable. Refund the full amount!
