@Zoomcar_India No, the vehicle was picked up at zero, as you can verify with the image uploaded at the start of ride. The vehicle was refueled and at the end was at 70%.
Other than that, there is no way to reach you, the chat system is shitty. And so is your reply to above query.

@pnbindia @RBI @pnbindia most companies would move heaven and earth once reprimanded publicly on Twitter, you on the other hand cannot even get basic customer service right. What a shame!

The aforementioned case has not been resolved yet, and doesn't seem like it will be soon. @RBI
