Why should anyone buy rep_band ?
I have been dealing with a mental harassment with the gonoise policy last2mnth
My rep band has been replaced 3 times and has not worked i have asked for refund after multiple times but support is not ready for it why ?

@gonoise I just had a call with noise representative, what is happening here, asked me to send box clips and photos now the person who reached out had no idea of the issue they have not seen my emails and still not ready to provide refund that why can’t one person can’t assigned for this

@gonoise Already did and shared my contact info just now though that can already be tracked by the complain no i provided before, not sure why or what is happening at noise end they are not really taking this seriously enough still now.

@gonoise I was informed someone will reach out but i didn’t receive any email or calls yet, after talking in DM no one replying in DM too again this is so disappointing experience. Is there even an SLA to the concerns tickets and anyone takes ownership of issues.
