@CareMagicpin if the food is cancelled by us . We are charged a 100% cancellation fee. The order is delayed by more than 1.5 hours and already had a word with restaurant and rider they are denying. But there is no support from the executive. Who will compensate for time wasted??
@CareMagicpin Don't get back to me . Refunding is the solution you only have. But you don't care what a customer feels when they go to outlets and are denied to accept the voucher.
