It's basic understanding among aspirants to sit for next year's exams if final result of previous year's exam is pending. It results only in doubling of candidates and wastage of vacancies.

Fact- Only 10.35% of kashmir's population lives below the poverty line and is the 8th best state in terms of poverty rate. National average is 21.92%.
