Moreover I had made various calls (atleast 20 times) to technician who's name came through sms Mr Prabhat Kumar Shah (07942522664) and today Mr Vipin Kumar (07947036371) but no one is bothered to pickup a call.

Again have called on 27 morning and have been told that it would be resolved by 2 pm and again no one turned up. Have again called customer care and now I have been told it would be resolved by tomorrow.

@Olacabs this is to inform that have booked cab for 544 and final fare came as 720 moreover I had not opted for insurance etc which has been added in my bill....when I raised complaint of my higher bill no one is ready to listen....cheap attitude, cheating customer
