@NHAI_Official I have the annual pass for tolls. In May, for two NHAI tolls, the money deducted from main balance. I raised disputes but either they are rejected/failed or in progress. For the rejected ones I am unable to raise a new one as it says 30 days passed.

@upeidaofficial the challan grievance response of is pathetic. I was issued invalid challans over Purvanchal Exp. I raised online grievance with evidences by portal but those are still pending with Ayodhya Dvsn since 18 June 25. They should respond atleast.

@Olacabs booked Ola bike in Lucknow and Kanpur. No helmet for pillion. Drivers deny ride if you book from Ola money. My ride was cancelled by rider even after entering OTP. I was charged 25 rs w/o ride. He said no Ola bike rider would accept the ride if you book using wallet.
