Hello KTHs! This is a thread of IG-READY IMAGES to help promote Taehyung and his artistry. Please feel free to use them on ALL your social media platforms to boost his impact. NO CREDIT necessary, all of this is for our Taehyungie! 💜
In the minds of most ARMYs, if a member (in this case, TH) wanted to leave the company, he could do so whenever he wanted. Like: “Today I feel like leaving Hybe, I'll just stop by the company and let them know I'm leaving.”
In their manipulated minds, most ARMYs believe that because TH is still under the BH label, it means he loves the company and agrees with everything the company has done against him and continues to do.
When BPD said he created a fandom not for the artists, but for himself, it's clear he was successful in that.
I believe that all, or most KTHs, know how to separate and understand that TH is a member of BTS and that he loves and respects the members, and loves performing on stage and everything involved in the construction he creates to present an individual concept within the collective. But we also have full knowledge — not through narratives or inventions, but from Tae himself over the years and also from everything that has been revealed in investigations related to the company and BPD, and from the Hybe reports that were exposed in October 2024 in the audit conducted by the National Assembly's Culture, Sports, and Tourism Committee — that there is no good relationship between the record label and the artist.
It's 2025, and there are ARMYs who neglect one of the darkest and most exhausting factors involving the K-pop industry, and not just in K-pop, but in the entire history of the music industry: the conflicts between record labels and artists, and how difficult it is for an artist to find their way to breaking free from a contract.
And when it comes to the K-pop industry, everything becomes even worse, because idols don't even have human rights because they are not considered workers. And in almost 100% of the cases judged in court, the record labels emerge victorious due to the asymmetrical power they wield (agencies have far more legal, financial, and industry influence than the artists).
Now, what we are witnessing is TH masterfully executing safer strategies for his artistic freedom and independence, following the path of strategic, financial, and legal planning during the contract's term, culminating in a “smooth” exit at the end, ready to capitalize on an already established fanbase and personal brand. This requires meticulous planning WHILE STILL UNDER CONTRACT.
Here's a Q&A that talks a little about this:

Having said all that, it's time to wake up to the reality that is right before our eyes. The fact that TH is a member of BTS, and is still under the BH label, does not negate the internal conflicts and does not make invisible all the strategic, creative, artistic, and legally sound work that TH has been doing independently.
This is the central point: the discrepancy between the narratives of most armys and the facts reported by the artist himself.
Supporting Taehyung means listening to what he really says, instead of making excuses for the record label's failures.
@lindogirlthv @Sceneryvn1ae One of the things I love about kths is that we're not threatened by anyone sharing the spotlight with Taehyung, embodying our idol's generous spirit and supportive nature 💜

Because Taehyung was selected as a special warrior, his photo will be posted in the unit's Hall of Fame for a year.
According to the Ministry of National Defense blog, the benefits given to special warriors include an award leave, early promotion, and being selected for the unit's Hall of Fame, where their photo will be posted for a year. Also if you have good shooting scores, you will have the opportunity to receive a shooting award. However, the greatest advantage is that you can gain a strong physical strength and the honor of being the pride and idol of your peers.
Discharged, dazzling & destined to shine ♡ this isn’t just a welcome~ it’s an outpouring of love as we’ve been waiting for a very long time! Tae served with pride & we happily celebrate his inspiring existence.

The truth is, from a musician’s point of view, the flow of the album is superior. The songs are different enough to stand on their own, but connected enough to flow as a complete project. I knew this from the beginning. Layover is the best curated album in a long time!
When Tae said on his Driving Vlog how he questioned when he listened, “Why is this here?” as he worked on his track list, this is the genius of his musical mind. He was more interested in the aesthetic flow and connectedness of the tracks. He wanted them to make sense together and create a sense of seamless tranquility. This is why Layover is a no skip masterpiece album. The songs change, but their relationship flows throughout the track list in relative keys.
It’s like many different movements in a classical piece that remain connected in key signature with either transition chords, relative minor keys, or circle of fifths movements, then resolves by taking us back to the original theme. When For Us ends with a gentle piano outro, it sets up the final track, the piano version of Slow Dancing, which has a jazzy piano bar feel. If you loop the album, the next track after the piano version of Slow Dancing is Rainy Days, which starts with a gentle piano riff using jazz chords for color, fused with ASMR sounds, seamlessly connecting the entire flow on loop, all while maintaining the thematic flow.
Taehyung went on to explain in an interview that FRI(END)S was intended to be on his album, but he thought it would be better to release as a single because he used a different vocal tone singing it that he doesn’t usually use, which was necessary to fit the mood of the song. There would have been a disconnect if he had placed it in Layover. It’s a fabulous song and the MV is pure art, but it’s a dramatic shift in genre and tone. The dark comedy flavor of the MV would also have broken the relaxed, artistic, visual themes of Layover.
These are the things that Tae understands, and the profound way music moves on the human psyche was preserved in the sense of tranquility he intended because of his carefully curated choices. He did something unique and different in the most artistic way possible! The music world and media are finally catching on, even without extensive promotion. The music speaks for itself in the way Tae presented it, sang it, and gave us visual stories in each MV that are as cinematically beautiful as his vocal tone. Taehyung’s brilliance and authenticity as an artist puts him in a league of his own!
