At Summit International Schools, we were honored to host a deeply meaningful session on “Emotional Regulation in Times of Uncertainty.”

In light of the challenging and emotional times our community is navigating, the session felt especially poignant for our staff, offering a space for reflection, connection, and support.

Together, we explored emotional intelligence, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and practical strategies for managing fear, anxiety, and uncertainty during difficult moments.

Our sincere thanks to Dr. Hatem Goucha for sharing his insight, compassion, and expertise, and for empowering our Climbers and staff through such an impactful wellbeing experience.

Our art students have once again made us proud at the Edusteam Champions National Round, bringing home 4 Gold Medals 🏅🏅🏅🏅 and 2 Special Awards!

After qualifying through the regional round, our students competed against selected winners from 110+ schools across the UAE and showcased exceptional creativity, innovation, and artistic talent on the national stage.

A special congratulations to Jericho and Lovisse for winning the 2D and 3D Art Awards and qualifying to represent our school in the International Round. ✨🎨

BACK TO SCHOOL!

🎉 Great news! We’ve been approved for a staggered return to school starting Monday, April 20.

⏰ Timings are strict (drop-off & pick-up) to ensure everyone’s safety—please follow carefully.

💻 Students abroad or without transport will have check-ins before and after the school day (from Wednesday for some classes). From Wednesday onward, these students will have check-ins only (no full live lessons).

📚 Grades 1–12 on Monday & Tuesday continue with the current Distance Learning schedule.

✅ This plan follows ADEK & MoE safety protocols to ensure a smooth, safe return.

We are extremely proud of our students for their outstanding achievement at EduStream CHAMPIONS UAE 🇦🇪✨.

Our students secured 6 awards in the 2D and 3D Art categories (Arts & Humanities), with 4 students qualifying for the National Round 🏆—a remarkable accomplishment.

The event, EduStream Champions UAE, was held at GEMS American Academy, bringing together schools from across Abu Dhabi.

Under the theme SDG 2: Zero Hunger, our students won “Art with an Impact” and “Best Visionary Art” awards in both 2D and 3D, highlighting food sustainability and food security through powerful, creative concepts.

Their confidence, clarity, and passion truly impressed the judges, earning the school 6 Gold Awards 🥇
