BREAKING: Special Counsel Jack Smith takes the gloves off and goes after shady MAGA Judge Aileen Cannon, ripping into her for her "fundamentally flawed" understanding of the case and orders that have "no basis in law or fact."

But it gets even better...

In his strongest words to date, Smith wrote in court filings that Cannon — who was appointed by Trump when he was president — doesn't appear to understand the classified documents case.

Smith and his team criticized Cannon's absurd request for them to prepare jury instructions that take into consideration Trump's false claim that he had the authority to take the classified documents. They have said that they will seek assistance from an appeals court if Cannon reifies Trump's baseless claims.

Last month, Cannon made the highly unusual request that attorneys prepare two versions of possible jury instructions, including the aforementioned one which would assume that Trump had total authority to take any documents he wanted from the White House.

"Both scenarios rest on an unstated and fundamentally flawed legal premise — namely, that the Presidential Records Act and in particular its distinction between ‘personal’ and ‘Presidential’ records, determines whether a former President is ‘authorized,’ under the Espionage Act, to possess highly classified documents and store them in an unsecure facility," wrote Smith's team.

Smith stated that Cannon is pursuing a "fundamentally flawed legal premise" because the PRA does not override Section 793 of the Espionage Act that Trump is accused of violating.

"That legal premise is wrong, and a jury instruction for Section 793 that reflects that premise would distort the trial," wrote Smith wrote, adding that The Presidential Records Act "should not play any role at trial at all."

Crucially, the prosecutors pointed out that the PRA doesn't apply in any case, because Trump took the documents AFTER he left the presidency.

The fact that Judge Cannon has not yet been replaced in this case is an insult to our judicial system. She was appointed by Trump, this is the definition of a conflict of interest.

BREAKING: Donald Trump's humiliation gets turbocharged as the New York attorney general's office reveals that he actually inflated his net worth by WAY more than the $2.2 billion previously reported.

And it gets so much worse...

When the $2.2 billion news originally hit, Trump completely freaked out and insisted that he was just as rich as he had claimed and had "BIG CASH."

Now, a new filing from Attorney General Letitia James alleges that Trump consistently inflated his net worth between 2011 and 2021. One year, he falsely inflated it by a staggering $3.6 billion.

As if that weren't bad enough, James called this massive new figure "still a conservative estimate," meaning that the the final inflation number could be much higher.

The filing is part of the $250 million civil fraud lawsuit against Trump, his crooked children, and his mafia-like business. They consistently inflated Trump's net worth in order to fool banks and insurers — a serious crime.

🚨🚨🚨BREAKING: Governor Greg Abbott announces he’s preparing to send buses of “thousands more” undocumented immigrants to sanctuary cities like NY and Chicago.

Gregg Abbott is breaking federal law and should be prosecuted.

Here’s how:

Under federal law, Abbott’s plan to bus migrants is a violation of Section 274(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Immigration and Nationality Act which makes it a federal crime to transport undocumented persons across state lines. 

The law is clear. No person may knowingly transport an undocumented person within the United States.

What’s more, Abbott is also breaking Texas law, committing the offense of Smuggling of Persons.

If Governor Abbott sends migrants by bus, if he knew that the migrants were in this country in violation of federal law, which he claims he knew, then by inducing them to remain in this country with free bus tickets to a destination of their choosing, and by harboring them on the governor’s buses, it is likely that governor committed the felony offense of Smuggling of Persons.

There are no exceptions in that law for actions by the governor, and there are no other exceptions that would apply.

Greg Abbott should he prosecuted.

BREAKING: Shocking news rocks the embattled Supreme Court as it's revealed that the Senate Investigation that supposedly found "no evidence" to support the allegations of sexual assault against Justice Brett Kavanaugh had "serious omissions."

The report on the investigation released by Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley prominently featured a baseless and unproven claim that one of the accusers — Deborah Ramirez — was actually "likely" mistaken that Kavanaugh exposed himself to her at a dormitory party at Yale, thrust his penis in her face, and forced her to touch it without consent. The report claimed that Kavanaugh was "likely" innocent because another student was allegedly known to commit such acts.

This absurd narrative of "mistaken identity" was sent to the Judiciary Committee by Joseph C Smith Jr., a member of the Federalist Society — the psychopathic organization responsible for stuffing our courts with right-wing lunatics. What's worse, Smith wasn't even attending Yale at the time of the alleged incident.

Smith has revealed that he was never contacted by any of the Republican staffers conducting the investigation to question him about his "evidence" but they used it in the report anyway.

“I was not at Yale. I was a senior in high school at the time. I was not in New Haven," Smith told The Guardian. “These people can say what they want, and there are no consequences, ever.”

This bombshell revelation proves that the investigation was not properly conducted and Republicans were actively searching for evidence to discredit the allegations against Kavanaugh and ignoring evidence that harmed him.

This news comes shortly after it was revealed that Republican Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch have been corruptly lining their own pockets — and in some cases engaging in overt bribery.
