We have improved upon the export of Elections statistics to allow you to select a specific date range in which to obtain your data.

Jack has worked on a range of developments on the SUMS platform, including the Cash & Safe Counts and Transfers addition to the Finance module.

Alongside this, he has also delivered the new Rep Dashboard released in 2021, and is currently working on the new Volunteering development, allowing external organisations to register and log their own placements for students to apply to.

➡️ We will soon be reviewing this module to streamline the functionality, moving it over to the Student Dashboard for easier access, and also enabling submissions via the SU App, so students can easily submit feedback anywhere, any time!

Coursemate is an easy way for students to submit feedback regarding their Courses to their SU for review.

At the end of 2021 we underwent our annual penetration testing, which assesses the SUMS platform for any security vulnerabilities.

➡️ We are pleased to announce that we received an A! This is a great result, and is hopefully reassuring in regards to the security of the platform.

The SU App continues to grow! 💪

Students can now purchase Group Memberships via the app, further creating a seamless journey for your members!

As well as purchasing memberships, members will also be able to register interest to your SU Groups at any time throughout the year.

One of the first projects we are working on for 2022 is the reintroduction of Mail Scheduling within the Communications module, to give you more control over your member mailers and help improve your Marketing operations!
