@andreaspetzold Ich kann nur aus eigener Erfahrung sagen, dass bei uns in der Praxis (zugegebenermaßen schwankend) zw. 17 und 24% der online gebuchten Facharzttermine nicht wahrgenommen werden. Ab und zu erfährt man dann den Grund dafür. Termine gleich bei 2. Fachärzten gebucht.
