Travelling by Air India flight AI158 from Copenhagen to Delhi. The flight hasn’t even taken off more than 1.5 hrs after its scheduled take off supposedly at 7.50 pm. Pathetic services @airindia

@airindia The entertainment system was non functional with even the attendant call buttons not working. We had to go to the air hostess table to get a glass of water. No one came to assist. Only assistance provided was the 2 meals. After we landed 2 h late, the gates opened 30 min later.

@airindia I wish I could thank you for your message, but this was only the beginning of my terrible experience. After we boarded the flight our problems escalated. The seats were bad, they could not be pushed back, so we had to undertake the 8 hr flight sitting erect.
