Sunao Draws

Sunao Draws is an account showing all the embarassing steps from picking up drawing all the way to -hopefully- draw some cute manga and anime stuff!

Little update since it's been a while, this is where I post most of my art now <3 https://t.co/Z9QKNXA86M

Forgot to post here in a billion years. Well, I still draw! I just post the stuff on my stream twitter. Derp derp

Drawing friends' OCs as Chibis~

[Sunao Draws @SunaoDraws]

Uwah why did I accept to draw a realistic lion. Well it is a gift so y'know~ But never again!
Next I'll draw a waifu. Maybe Botan pfft.

Kitsune Boy that might be used as a Vtuber model one day. I dunno maybe~
This one took a long time.

A cute boy in a sunset light bathed room? Of course he'd smirk at how much someone is flustered by the sight~

Had my first go at drawing fabric in this, took me a lot of time and I have many issues with this but... At least it's one more complete drawing!

[Sunao Draws @SunaoDraws]

I'm not dead! I just haven't been doing drawing exercises or much drawing at all. Stressful days and a writing hobby makes other hobbies jump sometimes. What? It's the video games? N-nooo...

But here's my WIP Original Character~ Tried out some clothes wrinkle stuff!

[Sunao Draws @SunaoDraws]

Made a less beheaded, zoomed in version~

[Sunao Draws @SunaoDraws]

Made a twitch emote for a friend! Bit of a toughie after a lil break, hehe.

Waaaah that was so much work. Ever since I did Homura quite poorly, I was working on making Hikari! Here she is at last, kinda happy with it ♥ Tiara and the lil thing on the collar took a while >.<

Here's a bit of an update on the whole drawing boxes I started a while ago. Some old ones and my latest page~ looking decent ish. Phew just twice what I already did left!

[Sunao Draws @SunaoDraws]

When they say you need to make the hair puffier for anime style, I don't think they meant that much (・_・;)
Sorry Homura, I tried but now you look like Cruella.

Here's the image I was looking at~

[Sunao Draws @SunaoDraws]

One more digital work! Phew. I wanted to work on some hands and... uh... Believe it or not, scene placement. So when the hands went off the side I noticed I didn't prepare things well x3 Was looking at some game art for reference. #ONEPIECE #Onepiecefanart

Looking good Joker! Hopefully. Hehe drawing of the day ! I have to get back to Persona 5 Royal so I drew Joker~

Phew, been a while! Mostly because on one end I'm doing a 250 boxes challenge, so not much to post on that end, but on the other I also spent all my free time trying to do this! Sorry Calliope for using you for my art training~

Today's drawing! Well the last two days worth really. Tried to work hard on the actual coloring of the eyes and hair, then the shading and all that! The shapes aren't fully there but at least I'm learning some other stuff on the side too~

[Sunao Draws @SunaoDraws]

Drawing of the day, after doing more perspective training I tried to apply that a bit.
