To go with this, some rules for running chase sequences. It can be really cinematic to have the heroes fleeing through monster-infested corridors, dodging traps and ducking arrows, and trying to reach the exit before the enemy horde closes in!

@helloMCDM's #DrawSteel was really fun to run, but heroes being hard to kill introduces a need for failure states other than TPKs.

Retreating, chase scenes, heroes being captured. They need to be able to lose without the game ending.

I don't want to pull punches.

Time Leap isn't the most powerful #dnd spell, but I love the idea of a powerful mage choosing a life of dull solitude to keep casting it every 24 hours on a terrible evil to keep it from threatening the planes.

The real question is whether the class can work with so few features that deal direct damage.

@Indestructoboy a while ago you talked about class roles in #dnd5e. The Oracle is an experiment with a new kind of role, an "Informer" that gives the party information to play more efficiently.
