The market is responding to the dovish comments from Powell more than the hawkish ones. Commercial Real Estate lags and that nadir will be August 15 ish. Strong fourth quarter predicted.

The macro economy hit nadir yesterday. February 1. I’m calling the bottom of the market. Look no further than the bond market which is the best predictor (and interpreter of the comments from the Fed) of where we are and where we are going. Good times ahead!
