Here are the problems we’re facing now:

2.Hundreds of thousands of players have been banned for a whole week, and you say NOTHING! No communication, no transparency, despite your promises!
And you’re proud to claim 350k players now? Why were 200k banned, and why do you include them in the statistics?

Overall, this season started with high hopes that The Sandbox would revive and attract tons of new players. But now we see the same mistakes! No communication with players, no transparency, and no loyalty.

You must:

1.Ensure the distribution of passes to players who were not given theirs and who were at level 6 on October 25 during the snapshot.
2.Explain the reasons for the bans or provide an official statement!
3.Stop selling passes without prior announcements and CHANGE YOUR COMMUNICATION WITH PLAYERS!

If you don’t change anything, a sad ending awaits you and you’ll never get loyal players!
