People like you are so tiresome. So you don't like Lewis, get over yourself. He's without doubt one of the greatest, and statistically is the greatest (that part isn't even a debate). In his rookie year he went toe to toe with Alonso right off the back of his two titles. Won his title in year two. Should have won more but for unreliable cars. Then dominates at Mercedes, which was well deserved, seeing off two years of Ferrari and Vettel who had the car to win the title. He's now 40 and has moved to the most culturally different team possible, and a team who are having a rubbish year by their own questionable standards. No one in F1 wins a title without a leading car. The best know how to get themselves into that situation for as long as possible. He never even sought preferential treatment ... Like... I don't know, Schumacher and, oh yes, Verstappen!

Shocked and terribly sad to hear of the death of Gil de Ferran, IndyCar star and McLaren advisor, from an apparent heart attack while karting with his son in Florida. He was just 56. Gil was a super human being and a great competitor. My thoughts are with Angela, Anna and Luke.

Dear Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's, Lid, Aldi, Waitrose, Morrisons, and all other stores that have self checkout.

You are heading towards almost exclusively self-checkout now.

The lady checking receipts at the exit was stopping
everyone.

I didn't choose to participate in that nonsense, I had already

🛒 filled my cart
🛒 emptied my cart
🛒 scanned the items
🛒refilled my cart

and so I just skipped the exit line and left.

I heard her saying "umm - Excuse me " as I kept walking and raised the receipt above my head, leaving the store.

You can either trust me to do self-checkout, or you can put your cashiers back in place like it used to be.

I'm not interested in proving that I did your job for you.

• If you want me to be a cashier with no training then that's vour problem not mine.

• Keep employing young people and give them job opportunities.

YOU DON'T PAY ME TO SCAN MY OWN SHOPPING.

YOU DON'T GIVE ME STAFF DISCOUNT FOR WORKING FOR YOU.

No penalty for two clear instances of impeding. When the exact same mitigating circumstances were presented by other teams/drivers this season, a grid penalty was given anyway.
