दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट द्वारा केंद्रीय अर्द्धसैनिक बलों को भारत संघ का सशस्त्र बल मान���े हुए 11 जनवरी 2023 के महत्वपूर्ण आदेश में CAPF जवानों के लिए पुरानी पेंशन बहाल की गई थी, इसी आदेश को अर्द्धसैनिक बलों के जवानों के सम्मान में जल्द लागू किया जाना चाहिए

CRPF Act, 1949 की धारा 3(1) स्पष्ट कहती है कि
CRPF एक “Armed Force” है,
जिसे केंद्र सरकार द्वारा बनाए रखा गया है।

जब कानून CRPF को सशस्त्र बल मानता है,
तो पेंशन नीति में अलग व्यवहार क्यों?

CAPF जवानों के लिए पुरानी पेंशन (OPS)
कानूनी और नीतिगत रूप से न्यायसंगत है।

@ICICIPruLife -LifeInsurance policy Application number - OB16704944 pending since 18th Apr. Customer care team is not responding. I am an Indian but still being asked to upload NRI related documents.
Declaration also provided.
This is mental harassment during pandemic. @irda_qc

@ICICIPruLife @irda_qc No resolution ,Policy is pending even after providing all documents, physical and tele-medical. Still being asked to share NRI documents even when I shared Passport copy which clearly shows I am not NRI. Received multiple calls but they say will get back to you that's it...

I sent numerous Emails to your ID- Buyonline@iciciprulife but did not receive a single reply except interaction number. My application number - OB16704944.

@ICICIPruLife @irda_qc Still pending . This is mental harassment. I got a couple of calls ,I told them that I'll show my Passport which would prove that I have never gone out of India ever but still I am being asked to upload NRI documents. If you can't issue policy then just say it with a reason.
