@airindiain I checked with my bank nothing has been refunded, and there was no transaction from air India to my credit card, contacted air India customer care and even they could not find my refund details. If I don’t get proper reply on my refund details only option left is legal.

@dgca @airindiain ,Air india after cancelling my flight,did not intimate me ,and when i ask for compensation did not respond properly .So i want to go legally against air india,as it is their responsibility to notify me that the flight is cancelled.

@airindiain Air India, I did check with bank couple of times and I do not see amount refunded as per your tweet , card details remains same FYI can u update me ?
