Yo @atherenergy, Gen 1 owner here. Dropped off my scooter & charger at service 5 days ago. Charger has an issue. Now they say I need to upgrade to Gen 1.5 charging assembly since Gen 1 can't be fixed? Disappointing for early backer! How about an upgrade option? @tarunsmehta
@atherenergy@tarunsmehta Folks, any update on this? Have a dead scooter for 10 days now. How hard is it to just fix my charger? I've been one of the biggest advocates of the brand, and the support i've got has been absolutely pathetic, super disappointing.
Yo @atherenergy seems like I've some issue with my gen 1 charger (wall mounted) and unable to charge my scooter. Both your customer support and service centre folks are making me run pillar to post. Need help! I'm one of your early adopters, and I expect better support.
@atherenergy Any update? There seems to be some issue with charger and now my scooter is also dead. I reached out to nearby service centre and they want me to tow my scooter and manually remove the charger. What nonsense is this? Can't you folks just fix my charger at home? CC: @tarunsmehta
