Here's the plain truth: a government salary was never meant to be the main income. It's the entry ticket. The real pay comes after, from people who need a stamp, a signature, a file moved. Everyone knows this. Nobody says it out loud. @Grok
SUGAR Cosmetics did around ₹405 crore in revenue and made a loss of around ₹134 crore.
Its founder sits on Shark Tank India.
Meanwhile, Sita Ram Diwan Chand started by selling chole bhature from a bicycle in Paharganj in the 1950s. Today, the business has expanded to multiple outlets across Delhi NCR.
But sadly, the person running a business like this is unlikely to be invited to a Shark Tank panel or celebrated as an entrepreneur.
Because we have made entrepreneurship about aesthetics, English, funding and social media presence.
@IndySarker@ANI It’s not essentially drainage. We are ignoring the fact that post construction in any space the runoff coefficient changes manifold and they don’t plan to handle to that extra runoff and that is major reason behind UrbanFlooding
If a child can learn YouTube better than algebra, the problem isn't that they're distracted.

@SandeepMall@narendramodi Almost all citizens of India deserve better civic infrastructure, pleasant/punctual/supportive govt employees who genuinely work on citizens complaints/grievances !

GDP is backward-looking. Markets are forward-looking.
To the wannabe traders and economists mocking 7.8% GDP growth and asking why markets aren’t reflecting that optimism: past growth has little to do with how markets move.
Monsoon, oil prices, and the war in Iran matter far more. Markets price the future. US, European, and Asian markets are down too. Strong domestic macros are real, they just don’t drive market behavior the way people assume.
It’s time you guys got real too, don’t get lost into biases peddled by assholes.

- No gas supply? Buy an induction.
- Bad schools? Pay for private tuition.
We don’t protest. We purchase. And then the government calls it “growing consumer economy.”
In the long run, @nsitharaman will be seen as one of the best FMs ever in India and someone who kept the reigns right and focussed in some of the most turbulent years.
