Another Misuse of Draconian SC/ST Act.

A doctor in Mysuru raised complaints about a TVS-authorised service station allegedly operating without building permission, Pollution Board CTE/CTO or Fire NOC, causing 24-hour noise and nuisance in a residential area.

Instead of addressing these regulatory violations, an SC/ST case was invoked against the complainant, who says he was harassed and pressured to withdraw his complaint.

This raises a serious question: Can a law meant for caste-based atrocities be invoked for unrelated disputes and used as a shield against legitimate complaints?

These 4 women have filed
More than 40 FIRs in India

False Rape, Gangrape, Molestation - they use serious offences of crime against women to extort, blackmail, force marriage

In 2021, I started exposing them as SERIAL RAPE CASE FILERS

GOT ALL OF THEM ARRESTED through work spanning months and years along with their victims, gave strength to many who were suicidal and turned them into fighters, have their voices reach highest authorities in police system and finally action

I received threats, abuses, they tried to file FIRs on me, intimidated me but I didn't stop

Some of them have continued to lodge rape cases even after coming out from Jail and that says a lot about how our laws meant to protect women have been horrendously misused by women like these who have turned serious offences into a JOKE

We now have a database of such women from across the country and have been able to get some extraordinary judgments from courts in such matter

As I write this, we begin work on yet another serial rape case filer who has lodged a false gangrape case on 4 men.

अब Exam में नकल पकड़ने से पहले शायद प्रोफेसर को कॉपी नहीं, जाति देखनी पड़ेगी..
AI से नकल करते पकड़े गए छात्र को समझाना, परीक्षा के नियम बताना और चीटिंग रोकना,क्या ये भी अब किसी प्रोफेसर के लिए कानूनी जोखिम बन सकता है?
मामला SC/ST Act तक पहुंच गया है, इसलिए सवाल और बड़ा है....
क्या कानून का इस्तेमाल न्याय के लिए होगा या हर अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई को जातीय विवाद में बदलने के लिए?
नकल गलत है.
आत्महत्या बेहद दुखद है.
जातिगत भेदभाव भी गलत है.
लेकिन किसी की मौत को आधार बनाकर किसी व्यक्ति की आपराधिक जिम्मेदारी तय करने से पहले सबूत और निष्पक्ष जांच जरूरी है..
क्योंकि कानून सुरक्षा के लिए है,डर पैदा करने के लिए नहीं..
