@ianhawdon @O2 I had the same issue. New eSIM on the 18th. Sim had a call forward to China.

Then had no incoming caller id, since Friday my calls are going to another number (no call forward). Oh and no mobile data since Friday.

This clearly is a much bigger issue than they’re letting up.

@ketmonkey @moogal @fortheride This is one reason I never left Telford, it’s not the prettiest town in the country but I’ve got my own house (with a proper garden), I’m a 35 min drive to the Shropshire Hills, 55 min train ride to Hurst Street and short walk to the countryside.
