Oh, I saw an OP on XHS saying that it seems the reporter mixed up Siwon’s and Donghae’s names 🤔 So Donghae is the only one who bought the building next to Ha Jiwon’s. The OP even checked the ownership information for the building on the right, and the official website shows that the ownership was changed in 2002.

This is the translation of what OP wrote:

I’m making a “clarification” post.

I’ve seen many people thinking that the small building on the right is Mr. Siwon’s asset.

After looking into the news article from February 2025, it says that in April 2024, the building on the left of Ha Ji-won’s building was purchased at a price of 146 million won per pyeong. In fact, the building being referred to is the building purchased by Donghae. Both the timing and the purchase price match. This is the only news article on Korean websites that reported anything related to Siwon, and the reporter incorrectly wrote the name of a member from the same group without properly verifying the information.

(And besides, considering Mr. Siwon’s investment sense, if he really had bought a building, I don’t think he would leave it there for two years without investing in or renovating it, while it remains an old residence.)

Edit 2: After checking the ownership information for the building on the right, the official website shows that the ownership was changed in 2002.
