@mileswithshell Same. I also remember when you had to buy TWO magazines - Radio Times and TV Times, one for the BBC channels and the other for ITV AND CH4!

@UKRunChat @AndyLane27 My specific goals are written in a diary, just so I know what I've got planned on what day.

[Sunny - Slow & Steady 🥥 @Sunny19404]

@AndyLane27 @UKRunChat As I'm coming back from illness and just work getting in the way, I have a general goal of just building base mileage and trying to get out for a run 3 times a week.

[Sunny - Slow & Steady 🥥 @Sunny19404]

@UKRunChat @AndyLane27 Goals relate to any races I may have booked, so short-term goals to meet a long-term goal/race.

@MelissaKahn7 Carpet shop.

[Sunny - Slow & Steady 🥥 @Sunny19404]

@MrHairyHaggis @UKRunChat My local race - The Tour of Tameside, assuming I can stay injury and niggle free. Anything more than that will be a bonus.

@kinni_app @UKRunChat @gonoblepro Just doing around 3 miles twice a week. Aim to do 5 miles for one of those runs plus a couple of 3 milers on top of that. Then a 10 miler every month or so.

[Sunny - Slow & Steady 🥥 @Sunny19404]

@kinni_app @UKRunChat @gonoblepro I've never actually run on a treadmill, but it's more about getting the clothing right for colder, darker, wetter weather.

[Sunny - Slow & Steady 🥥 @Sunny19404]

@kinni_app @UKRunChat @gonoblepro To increase mileage and consistency after a period of niggles. If I remain 'fit' throughout winter - I'll be happy.

Hello @haven,

We're staying at your Lakeland venue and the app says we've been allocated "Lindale CLOSE", however this doesn't exist. There is a "Lindale COURT", are we right to assume that this is one of the same.

Thanks.

[Sunny - Slow & Steady 🥥 @Sunny19404]

@active_tameside Spot on.
Thanks.

[Sunny - Slow & Steady 🥥 @Sunny19404]

Hi @active_tameside, wondering if swimming classes, for 8-10 yo and adult, are back on at any of the centres?

Cheers,
Sunny.
