A super proud moment for us all. The students hold the assembled GMTR dishes that won us a Guinness World Record for 'Largest space exploration lesson in a single venue'. Cheers to the incomparable efforts and dedication of the entire team!
Officially Amazing! Prof. Yashwant Gupta, Centre Director, NCRA-TIFR, conducts the Largest Space Exploration Lesson, with over a thousand students in attendance assembling the GMRT telescope model kit. The successful attempt marks a new entry in the Guinness World Records.
LIVE from #IISF2021: Attempting yet another #GuinnessWorldRecords on largest number of students attending the space exploration lesson. Post which, these young minds will assemble dish antenna, connectivity of which will let us explore the arena of Space further.
