I am not joking when I say this.
Traditional game development is over.
I asked Opus-5.5 to make Attack on Titan in Minecraft. Took ~1hr and cost less than $25 start to finish.
The end result is extremely fun. And multiplayer!

THIS IS FCK*** INSANE
THIS GUY RUNS A FACELESS YOUTUBE CHANNEL MAKING $8K/MONTH WITH CLAUDE. HE JUST GAVE AWAY THE FULL BLUEPRINT
the whole channel runs through a simple AI pipeline.
claude handles the scripts and metadata, other tools handle the voice and visuals, and he only spends about three hours a week managing the channel.
here's the workflow:
step 1 → give claude 3 5 niche ideas and have it compare the RPM, audience size, and how easy the niche is to produce consistently. then pick the strongest one.
step 2 → give claude the video topic and have it write the script with a strong opening, open loops, natural spoken language, visual directions, and a soft CTA. it can also generate the title and thumbnail ideas.
step 3 → take the script into elevenlabs and generate the voiceover.
step 4 → bring the voiceover into capcut, then add stock footage from pexels based on the visual directions in the script.
step 5 → use the thumbnail idea to generate a thumbnail, then pick the strongest version.
step 6 → have claude generate the description, tags, and chapters. check the title and keywords, then upload to youtube.
step 7 → start with 1-2 videos a week. once the channel has some momentum, increase the upload frequency.
step 8 → once the channel has an audience, add affiliates and sponsorships alongside adsense.
the interesting part isn't any single tool.
it's the fact that most of the production can now be turned into a repeatable system.
you choose the topic.
the pipeline handles the production.
you publish.

“You don’t need to write prompts anymore.”
In just 27 minutes, he explains how to use ChatGPT in ways most people haven’t even explored yet.
This was a talk he gave to Stanford students. A friend sent me the recording last night.
After watching it, I realized I was barely using 15% of what ChatGPT can actually do.
Watch the full talk, then check out the guide below on how to build a system that can prompt itself.
