My school’s brand would be Exceeding Expectations. My principal really believes in this for Ts and Ss. Ts should be creating rigorous lessons that are challenging. Ss should embrace the challenge. Parents would agree that the school should be exceeding expectations. @kemnitzer3

@dtapscott video on Murmuration was an interesting video. These Sterling birds work in collaboration to reach a common goal such as warmth and protection. Teachers can collaborate if they are all trying to reach the same goal such as mastery on a regents. @kemnitzer3

Also @dtapscott discusses how the birds constantly change leadership of the group depending on strength. This can apply to teaching as well. Teachers should take turns taking leadership in their groups or grade levels. It should not always fall on just one teacher. @kemnitzer3
