and when calling something 4chan also carries implications of autism, them being different means there's more going on than just that.
for me calling something reddit is more about being basic, or a kind of shallowness

it bothers me the way there's this insistence on it being a negative experience, or tying grooming into it

@poisonjr i crossdressed on 4chan and i would say it was broadly a positive experience for me, i made friends, some of whom i met irl, i found out how to get hrt, i had people to talk to. the comic is bad and dumb

@CahiersduAnima @EPM106 and there were always other people being traps on 4chan, so it was not difficult to find like-minded individuals to talk to and make friends with. there certainly wasn't ever a sense that you were doing anything particularly fucked-up or unusual (by 4chan standards)
