We had too many tech issues, too many pauses, and we spent so much time out of the game instead of giving you the show we planned. You deserved better than what we delivered, and I apologize.

We've already addressed every issue that affected today’s show, and the team is working to deliver an experience worthy of the players on stage and the fans supporting them.

Shout-out to our talent who hard carried today, and to everyone who stuck with us through day 1. You were incredible.
