My Gmail/Youtube account was hacked and they changed my account birthday to be under 13 and added their own email as the parent, then removed all my 2FA/recovery options and now im locked out of the account with no way back in

FYI: i have proof i own the account as I got several emails sent to my (or what was) my recovery email of them changing things about the account

@rblxforsaken Its Base64 that decodes to Binary, but I've got no clue what to do with said binary as its probably also something else that needs to be decoded.
