@AlJayyy Literally so true!! What’s next same- sex marriage? Women’s right to vote? Hey since we’re going back in time why not bring back slavery too while we’re at it? Wild.
One of the best ways to show kids that you care about them is through discipline. Part of the responsibility of parents, coaches, teachers, etc, is to hold kids accountable. The goal of discipline is to foster change for the better. Lifelong growth is achieved through discipline!
Life, like sports, is a test of endurance. Sometimes it’s brutal & you have to figure things out in the moment. Sports will teach you life lessons: strength, focus, reflection, growth, grit, mindset. Use those to make your own way & to develop as a person as well as an athlete!
Players: No coach or trainer can force you to get better. You must choose to put in purposeful work. Practice before practice. Lead during practice. Then practice more after practice. This game rewards those who’ve put in the time. Getting better is a choice, not an obligation!
have y’all ever heard anyone say it’s “just one bad doctor”???? naw. they lose their licenses, they get sued, they get thrown in JAIL for medical malpractice. why? bc there’s no room for mistakes or error in a profession that you swear to protect and help the people, PERIOD
“You can be friends and have different opinions.” Sure, we can share different opinions on tv shows , celebrities, clothes, or maybe even on food but not on human rights.

“Winning is a good feeling, but it passes, and what lasts is what you’ve learned.
Winning is not the point.
Wanting to win is the point.
Not giving up is the point.
Never letting up is the point.
Never being satisfied with what you’ve done is the point.”
