@westelm Tilden bed loudly creaks and cracks anytime you get in and out of the bed. It’s done this since day 1 and I thought maybe it would stop eventually. Never has. It wakes my 5 year old up. Need this remedied.

@bravelittleduck @westelm @WilliamsSonoma Same thing happened to me! Are you in the Charleston area? I was on hold for 2 hours with CS and it randomly disconnected. I also ordered in August and they kept telling me it had arrived at the hub but they hadn't unloaded it from the trailer. For over 2 months. Just insane.

@westelm @WilliamsSonoma This has to be a joke. FINALLY got my order from August 13th scheduled for delivery today and it gets canceled. Then I call customer service and i'm on hold for an hour. I'm missing a day of work for this delivery and now it was for nothing.

On hold for another 20 minutes so far. No one ever answered earlier. I assume I’ll be reimbursed for delivery at the very least.

@westelm ordered a dresser and rug back august and September. The $700 rug has multiple pulls and loose threads. The dresser is stuck in a trailer at the warehouse a month+ and the delivery date just gets pushed back. CS hasn’t helped at all. Can we please get this resolved??

@WilliamsSonoma Ordered a dresser in august. Fulfillment center says its on a trailer waiting to be unloaded for over a month, I keep getting passed around from one CS rep to another. It's in stock on the website so why is it so hard to receive this item??
