IMO corruption in leadership is 90% of our problems(as opposed to the neo-West) nd I have defended it severally. I was miffed not hearing a strong arg here.

Innovation, in any serious organization must have a distinct department. It cannot be left for when a random person in the organization has a new idea. No.

Innovation must be deliberate, it must be well thought out. There must be a group of persons tasked with that key function.
