Fastest fix for the meal that fails most often, breakfast. Poha, upma, paratha, bread are almost all carbs, so hunger is back by 11am. Add curd, a boiled egg, roasted chana or a glass of milk to whatever you already eat and most of it corrects itself.

You don't need a weighing scale for a diet plan, you have a hand. One palm of protein (dal, curd, paneer, eggs, chicken), one fist of rice or roti, two handfuls of veg, one thumb of oil per meal. Bigger person, bigger portion, that's the point. Full plan: https://t.co/hl3EJcosLT

The part people get wrong: home food isn't automatically light. Two parathas with butter, aloo sabzi and a sweet lassi is a heavy meal, and it's still 100% home cooked. Portion size decides more than the dish does.

Building SuperLiving, the question I hear most isn't "which diet should I follow." It's "do I give up roti and chawal to lose weight?" No. What works for Bharat isn't a Western diet copy-pasted here. It's dal-chawal and roti-sabzi, portioned right, not thrown out.

Most Indian breakfasts aren't unhealthy, they're unbalanced. Poha, upma, idli, paratha, bread and chai are almost entirely carbs, which is why hunger is back by 11am and the day drifts into biscuits.

Don't replace your breakfast, add to it. Poha plus peanuts plus sprouts plus a bowl of curd on the side takes it from about 5g to 15g. Same plate, one addition.

One honest marker: measure the waist with a tape once a week, same morning, before eating. The scale moves with water weight; the tape doesn't lie as much. ~0.5-1kg a month is the sustainable pace, most weeks will show nothing at all.

You don't need a special diet to lose belly fat, you need one rule for every plate: half vegetables, one quarter real protein (dal, paneer, eggs, chicken), one quarter rice or roti. That's it. Full veg + non-veg day plans here: https://t.co/dRY08j20o1

The part most people miss isn't the meal, it's the gaps between meals. Three sweet teas, a cold drink, festival oil, they add real energy but zero fullness. Fix those before you touch the roti portion.

What a 69-minute match runs on:

Before: light carbs. A banana or small bowl of poha, an hour out.
During: water, pinch of salt, squeeze of lemon. An electrolyte drink at 2 rupees.
After: 20 to 30 g protein. Dal chawal with curd does the job.

Same rules for your evening game.

A Worlds doubles medal for India after 15 years. Treesa Jolly and Gayatri Gopichand went 69 minutes and three games to earn it.

Closer home: 30 minutes of backyard badminton burns close to 200 calories. Same sport, no stadium needed.

Myth: badminton is timepass, not real exercise.

A proper rally has you lunging, jumping and covering 4 to 5 metres per point. Minute for minute it beats brisk walking, and hits calves, quads and core in one rally.

The best workout has a scoreboard. You forget you are working.

Macro Mode is trending because of phone cameras.

The other macro mode: protein, carbs and fat. Most of us can name all three and have never counted the first.

A katori of dal is 3 to 5 g of protein. Not 15. Zoom in on that one.

Sattu sharbat is a recovery drink.

A 50 g glass gives you about 10 g of protein. Add water, salt, lemon and a little gud, and that is carbs, protein and sodium together.

Same job as a shaker of imported powder, at 8 rupees instead of 80.
