#Coinbase made two attempts to acquire #FTX Europe since its parent company filed for bankruptcy in November 2022, aiming to expand its derivatives business overseas.

However, Coinbase has decided not to proceed with the acquisition deal, according to recent reports.

Other parties interested in FTX Europe include #Crypto.com and Trek Labs, with the sale deadline extended to September 24.
