Dragon Quest XII being revealed to have restarted development honestly gives me more confidence that KH4 could actually release in 2027 given that (assuming KHML’s cancellation didn’t screw it over) the game’s development is said to be progressing just fine, wishful thinking tho

I imagine Link is a hard character to get "right" since he's meant to be an insert for the player and therefore he doesn't talk, but there are games that give him some personality and even dialogue options. Very much depends on what kind of movie they want to make
