Great video Jim - you had me laughing out loud… and as always, you nailed it.
SLED has a huge problem this time around just trying to explain what the hell they were doing LAST TIME AROUND.
What’s Creighton going to say to the jury this time … “Believe me, believe us this time, believe our expert witnesses and our theory of the case… and for God sakes don’t even think about what we said in the first trial ‘cause that was all bullshit.”
This is a great video from Jim Seidel -Crime and Cask. Jim had me laughing out loud… and as always, he nailed it.

The Murdaugh Guns were at Almeda? But now it’s Greg Alexander? Please Explain.
New reporting about the missing Murdaugh murder weapons threatens to collide head-on with the story prosecutors told the first jury. #murdaugh#crimeandcask https://t.co/LUwV4Dhdrx

In South Carolina a statewide grand jury is secret until an indictment is returned (and even then, the testimony itself usually stays closed except as the statute allows).
S.C. Code § 14-7-1720 says state grand jury proceedings “are secret.”
A juror, the Attorney General or his designee, the reporter, an interpreter, and anyone who received a lawful disclosure may not disclose a witness’s testimony or other evidence the grand jury received, except:
• when a court orders it (later trial consistency, perjury, another investigation, statutory discovery to a defendant, or “to further justice”), or
• internally to the AG’s office for official use.
Violation is a misdemeanor: up to $5,000 and/or a year in jail, plus possible contempt. Jurors and the AG’s people are sworn to secrecy.
1. If FITS is accurately quoting what witnesses told the statewide grand jury, the leak almost certainly came from someone the statute binds—an AG lawyer, SLED agent working the jury, a juror, or a person who got an authorized internal disclosure and then talked, which is a violation of statutory law.
2. If FITS is recycling SLED street interviews, subpoena rumors, or a witness talking about what they said, that is a different legal box. The statute is written around people inside the room.
Some states let a witness discuss their own appearance; South Carolina still treats the evidence the jury received as secret for the officials who heard it.
A reporter publishing “sources familiar with the grand jury probe” is not itself an indictment of Folks under § 14-7-1720. The crime, if any, is on the source.
The office of the Attorney General is not supposed to put the substance of secret testimony in a newspaper before a true bill.
Either the Sept. 25 story is describing material that should still be sealed, or it is dressing non-grand-jury gossip as a “grand jury record.” Both are problems; only one is a statutory secrecy violation.

💣💥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Just when you thought this case couldn't get any crazier, there's now a grand jury investigation underway into the alleged coverup of the June 7, 2021 'Murdaugh Murders' crime scene - including the disposal of the still-missing weapons used to kill Maggie Murdaugh and her younger son, Paul Murdaugh.
Our @IndyJenn_ and @TheWillFolks have the exclusive report on the latest bombshell developments in South Carolina's 'Crime of the Century...'

It feels like we’ve all been down this road before with Fitsnews and “undisclosed sources”… one of whom turned out to be Mark Tinsley (according to Liz Farrell’s November 2025 deposition in the 392 case). Too often in the past these kinds of stories serve to manipulate the public into believing a version of the story that serves some other agenda that we -the public - don’t know about until years later and literally hundreds of thousands of dollars spent in litigation.
Seems to me that - going back to June 7, 2021 - there have been all kinds of provocative inside sources and/or leaked information published by Fitsnews - that turned out to be false, highly misleading, and/or of questionable origin - that oddly coincided with the private agendas of third parties… and are later exposed as outrageously false … and abandoned before trial.
In addition to the Fitsnews coverage of the “392 case” …an example that comes to mind has to do with “high velocity blood spatter” evidence the was supposedly on Alex‘s shirt - that linked him to Paul and Maggie’s murders. It was an explosive “inside story” at the time. I remember believing the Fitsnews story and thinking that it conclusively proved that Alec was the murderer of his wife and son.
The only problem with the story is that it was total bullshit .., that coincidently served to convince a gullible public that SLED had evidence of Alex’s guilt - which it did NOT have.
In fact, SLED had done a HemaTrace test on the shirt and knew that their own test results proved that there was no high velocity blood spatter evidence on that shirt at all. Worse, SLED had withheld their own HemaTrace test results from a guy named Tom Bevel - whom SLED intended to have testify at the first trial. SLED was allegedly trying to manipulate their own expert witness - Tom Bevel - into producing a forensic expert opinion that SLED’s own HemaTrace test results completely disproved.
Ultimately Tom Bevel could not testify in the first trial because the Murdaugh Defense found the HemaTrace test result buried in documents the state turned over to the Defense, discovered what was going on and exposed it during a pre-trial hearing in the fall of 2022. Had the Creighton Waters put Tom Bevel on the stand, he would’ve been suborning perjury.
But oddly, somehow Fitsnews had this false information (pretty much identical to what SLED was feeding Tom Bevel) and published that false information - of the “high velocity blood spatter.” I don’t recall Fitznews ever explaining where it got that provocative false information about “ high velocity blood spatter.” I don’t recall them ever retracting the story.
SLED had done the HemaTrace test on the shirt and knew that the FITSnews article was false. Millions of people read that Fitsnews article and believed it was true.
So forgive me for being skeptical about Fitznews having some
info that appears like it was leaked from grand jury proceedings.
I’m not so much concerned with the accuracy of the information as I am concerned about the Attorney General‘s office leaking information to Fitznews.

When are the doctors that willfully injected the world with poison mRNA shots that have and will continue to cause untold pain, suffering, and death going to be held to account?
Ever?
Any of them?
Getting pretty sick of the nothing….
@delbigtree You forgot ‘put them in a closet in the emergency room and forget about them until they die. Make them think Everybody was busy. Don’t give them food or water for eight hours.’
Asking for prayers: Wanted to update everyone, my daughter had a baby girl named Emalyn on August 21, 2026. Emalyn is still in the nicu, having issues with eating. Emalyn was born at 34 weeks. We keep praying she comes home soon. My daughter and son-in-law are in the hospital almost 24 hrs a day. My daughter comes home to sleep then her husband drives her into the hospital every morning. It’s been stressful on the family asking for prayers.
One man undertook an evil mission to undermine religion, undermine the morals of the young, undermine biological certitude, undermine financial stability, destroy families, and destroy a country he thought was too powerful. Another man is on a mission to stop him. Pick a side.
Some people were permanently damaged by the Covid psyop. Like old people in Moscow ranting about how great Stalin was, they hang on to the Covid story, even as the flesh is rotting on the bones and swarms of flies are settling on the remains.
