@AmazonHelp it’s a joke NOT: CS even told me today that the parcel was returned, delivered to them and do I have proof of sending? I have photos of receipts parcel communications all screen grabs... Maybe it’s time to take a legal route

After 48hrs the reply “It appears we received incorrect item instead of the correct item, in your return of order

We're happy to accept the return of the correct item at your earliest convenience. We won’t be able to process a refund until we receive and process the corr @Amazon
