@Brodes81 When they went to interleague play 35 years ago it kind of degraded the All Star Game because it was the only chance to see the players of both leagues
@AmedeoGrassia98 Every game on the MLB app is blacked out today and only available on Peacock. Fortunately I have Peacock to watch the Phillies but this is ridiculous after paying for a MLB subscription
@BillyCuth@AmedeoGrassia98 The Flyers gave a $9 million signing bonus to a 62 point player. Got the 62 points then couldn't handle Philadelphia so ended up trading all players back a year and a half later. Gratton never developed into a solid 1C
@AmedeoGrassia98 Say they don't match. At that point Danny will need to trade players back to reacuire the 4 picks. If you lookup the Chris Gratton offer sheet in 1997 there is precedent. I lived through that mess and the final results when the Flyers traded to get the picks back worth reading
@Brodes81@SportsRadioWIP I would bet they match. The Ducks owner has a $4 Billion Entertainment Center he's building around the team and losing a key player puts a lot of negativity on that. He does need to ask Verbeek how does this happen and probably make changes to front office
@AmedeoGrassia98 Anaheim owner has a $25.8 Billion net worth so financially they can easily match. Cutter not eligible for an offer sheet so he's the one getting screwed.
@Brodes81 The owner of Ducks has a net worth of $25.8 Billion so this is just an irritant to him but he will have lots of questions for his front office.
@jackiespiegel93 Henry Samueli has a net worth of $25.8 Billion dollars so this is chump change for him but he is going to be asking a lot of questions to his front office about how and why this happened.
