The first of our monthly meetings in Invergordon is tomorrow, Thursday 23 June at St.Josephs church, High st. From 6pm to 7:45pm.
This can benefit if your affected by suicide or have suicidal thoughts. All is welcome.
Our group has expanded on Facebook, reaching 500 members, and of course is 'bitter sweet'.
It is great that the group is growing, but awful that suicide is affecting so many.
Please help us to raise awareness of the support we provide. Share, Comment, and spread the word.
Just a reminder that it is OK to NOT be OK, our mental health is important and it is OK to speak up about it. We have a 24/7 helpline, please ring or message if you want to talk. 07563572471
