After waiting three long months, I finally received my car back in October 2024, only to find it in a condition where it was impossible to even sit inside—the car was covered in filth, both inside and out. When I questioned the Tata staff about why the car hadn't been cleaned before delivery, the response I received was shocking: “There’s a shortage of water.”

I had no choice but to get the car professionally cleaned and dry-cleaned myself, just so it could be used.
Initially, I chose not to share this publicly, hoping things would improve. But now, six months later, during the winter season, I discovered that the fog removal panel is not working—a critical feature for safe driving in colder months.

Despite repeatedly contacting Tata’s service team, they continue to make excuses. One of their reasons was that I hadn't gotten the scheduled service done. To ensure that doesn’t remain an excuse, I went ahead and got the major service completed on 29.03.2025. Even after that, the issue remains unresolved.

To this day, the faulty panel has not been replaced, and I'm still being made to run around with no accountability from Tata’s side.

This is not the level of service one expects from a brand like Tata. Deeply disappointed.
