Poor service by @axisbank. They will call you 4 times to sell different product online. But when you have some problem they will ask you to visit branch or calling phone banking number which is always busy and they dont care to call after placing a call back

What a poor custer service from @axisbank They say 3 level Grievance redressal mechanism. But you cant reach level 2 bcoz customer care dont care to provide a seevice request number and also stop replying to your mails.
