🚨 BIG BREAKING

Telangana High Court has set aside the 2001 Gazette notification that classified 5.8 acres of private land in Toopran, Medak, as Waqf property.

The court found that the Waqf Board failed to produce the required survey report, inquiry records, objections or proof of public notice.

The ruling makes it clear: a Gazette notification alone cannot turn private land into Waqf property.
