@zeptocares All fake zepto Fooling everyone with such fake replies but never resolve you issue. I have also been cheated by zepto by delivery of rotton beans & till date it is hanging neither return nor refund . Not a good platform for grocery

@zeptocares Nothing replied about delivery of rotton beans though I immediately stopped buying from zepto besides my close friends & relatives & society members also restrain buying from zepto . Not good for grocery

@JioMart_Support Again & Again stressed for refund policy, But who will regret for delivery of rotton frozen peas & ensure compensation to customers being no fault of him .Refund of money has nothing to do with delivery of substandard products as status of rotton products will not be changed

Neither any response nor my issue resolved inspite of repeated reminders. There is no email of jio.Harassment to sr citizen. Jiomart is fraud cheating customers & earnings by selling sub standards/ expiry, old product on their platform. Don't buy from them
