Manager can only do a little, set team, set tactics and inspire the team maybe but apart from that, what happens inside the pitch falls on players mostly on captains, coz they gotta lead - i dont care if hes pfa whatever, ballon d’or whatever but if you cant inspire the team, control the game - you aint a captain.
