Congratulations to the Labette County FFA Chapter, who won in the Ag Sales category at the Kansas FFA Foundation & Kansas FFA Association's Career Development Events this spring. SurePoint Ag is a proud sponsor of #FFA programming and this year, more than 1,700 students from 170 chapters across the state were able to learn about leadership, technical skills, confidence, and career readiness through these competitions.

Meet the Team - Lee Kilpatrick, Regional Sales Manager for Eastern US

Lee Kilpatrick serves as Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern US at SurePoint Ag Systems, where he works alongside dealers and sales teams to bring precision ag solutions to the field. He joined SurePoint in 2026 and focuses on strengthening dealer relationships while delivering the level of service and product quality that defines the SurePoint brand.

Lee brings more than two decades of experience in sales and leadership roles across the agriculture and technology sectors. Prior to SurePoint, he spent 24 years with companies that evolved through growth and acquisition, including BBI and Salford Group, where he held roles such as Director of Sales & Marketing and U.S. Sales Manager. Earlier in his career, Lee worked at Motorola as both a Regional Channel Representative and Market Specialist in port and transportation industries.

Raised in Morrow, Georgia, Lee grew up around a diversified farming operation and later studied Finance at West Georgia College. He now lives in Darien, Georgia, with his wife, Deborah. They have two children and operate a family farm in North Georgia producing beef and hay. In his free time, Lee enjoys fishing, hunting, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with family.

We love getting to show the youth of our community all the cool things we do to help the agriculture industry from right here in Atwood, Kansas. We see the eyebrows raise and the lightbulbs come on when they realize there is so much more happening at SurePoint Ag Systems and SurePoint Electronics than what they may have realized. Students from our local 6th grade class and our high school business class got a behind-the-scenes look at different careers in manufacturing, wire harness assembly, sales, engineering, logistics, and more. Our goal in providing these tours is to foster pride in our community and to show students the many opportunities in the agricultural industry, even if they don't want to work in the field.
