@WestMidRailway So to fill you in.. Been waiting since 3.55. Since then 7 trains have been delayed, delayed, cancelled. Once again you've made people over and hour to then cancel AGAIN.

How at all is this bloody acceptable?!

How does your company delay trains repeatedly and then notify paying customers to 'expect' the next train to be arriving in 40 mins, then cancel again...and repeat??

It's beyond a joke that in a current tier 3 city you cannot provide a safe, non-crowded journey.
