⚡️The U.S. State Department believes that Ukraine is currently winning the war.

U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Jeremy Levin stated that Ukraine has managed to change the dynamics of the battlefield and is now at a critical moment where it can continue putting pressure on russia. According to him, while Ukrainian forces previously waited for winter as russian offensives slowed down, the situation has now changed.

Levin also said that the United States is considering ending the sanctions waiver for russian oil and will continue working with its European partners to increase sanctions pressure on russia.
